The Breathing Room
Sometimes you just have to stop… and breathe.
Welcome to the Breathing Room — a quiet space for reflection, meditation, and connection.

Find a quiet, comfortable place.
Start by finding a calming space. Settle into a position that feels comfortable and choose your time limit. If this practice is new to you, just five or ten minutes is sufficient.

Pay attention to your breath.
Breathe in and out, feeling the sensation of your breath.

Be patient with yourself.
It’s okay if your mind begins to wander from focusing on your breath. If you notice that your thoughts have begun to stray, come back to a centered place.

Finish mindfully.
When the time you’ve chosen is up, open your eyes, notice your surroundings, and reflect on how you’re feeling.
